“In science we trust” project, was a project full of inspiration. Pallas is classy bar restaurant located in the old port of Chania, Crete. This cooperation gave us the freedom to design a different kind of menus, a series of a whole project. Their dedication to quality, premium taste and caution to details born the idea to present the drink list in highly detailed graphics. As another mathematic equation every cocktail recipe hat its own infographic design and every drink category has a place in a periodic board. Enthusiastic for the whole process in different season, the result was a talk of the town.
